Overview
Support evaluation and execution of mining investments in critical minerals (including lithium, nickel, copper, silver)—due diligence, financial modeling and transaction support—reporting to LATAM Mining Investment Head.

Key responsibilities
- Assist deal sourcing: deep industry analysis, data collection and preliminary screening of potential investment opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of target assets to assess their viability, performance potential, and alignment with investment strategies in the mining sector.
- Support technical, legal and operational due diligence, coordinate with third‑party consultants.
- Build and maintain financial models; carry out discounted cash‑flow, NPV/IRR and sensitivity analyses.
- Prepare investment memos, presentation materials and Due-diligence summaries.
- Assist in transaction executions, documentation and coordination with legal/finance.




- Monitor metal markets and comparable transactions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Geology, Mining/Mining Engineering, Resource Economics or related; Masters degree is a plus.
- 2–4 years mining investment, M&A;, investment banking or related experience.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to interpret technical/financial project and company reports.
- Fluent in Chinese for regional project related work is a must; reporting in Chinese.
- English language skills preferred.

Location & travel
Based in Jujuy, Argentina regional office （mandatory) with later work travel to Changsha, China HQ
office once visa papers are processed; occasional travel in South America for site visits.
