About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Video Editor and Podcast Producer to lead the post-production of high-performing podcast content across audio, YouTube, and social media.
You will own the production process from raw recordings through final publishing. This includes producing polished full-length audio and video episodes, creating promotional trailers, and transforming each conversation into engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and paid social campaigns.
For each podcast episode, you will typically deliver:
A professionally produced audio episode
A polished full-length video episode
One high-energy promotional trailer
Four to six short-form social videos




You will work closely with our marketing team and in-house graphic designer to create content that captures attention, strengthens our clients’ brands, and helps each show reach new audiences.

Responsibilities
Edit, mix, and master full-length podcast audio episodes.
Produce polished, full-length video podcast episodes.
Create a compelling hype trailer for each episode.
Identify the strongest moments from each conversation and turn them into four to six engaging short-form videos.
Lead the end-to-end post-production process, including editing, sound design, color correction, graphics, captions, quality control, and publishing.
Create and optimize platform-specific content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and paid social campaigns.
Write or refine hooks, headlines, on-screen text, and captions that improve audience retention.
