• Role: Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview:
We are hiring on behalf of our partner company — a fast-growing AI subscription app — for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to oversee and scale $500k–$1M+/month Google & Meta ad accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and operate Google & Meta ad accounts hands-on daily including campaign structure, budget pacing, bidding, and optimization across North America, Europe, and Australia markets.
• Scale user acquisition spend profitably while maintaining trial-start, install-to-subscribe, and LTV:CAC targets, defending spend decisions with clear data.
• Partner with the creative lead to translate performance signals into actionable creative briefs and implement rigorous testing frameworks (ad formats, UGC, app preview videos).
• Work closely with the product/growth team on onboarding and paywall optimization to improve trial-to-paid conversion in weekly sprint cycles.




• Report metrics crisply to leadership including the head of performance, VP of growth, and CEO.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on Google/Meta performance marketing experience for subscription apps or mobile UA (AI, health/fitness, productivity, education, or similar subscription-based categories).
• Personal management of Google & Meta budgets exceeding $500k+/month.
• Fluency in CAC, LTV, ROAS, and campaign architecture analysis for subscription-based products.
• Experience with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) and app-specific attribution (e.g., install, trial-start, and subscription events).
• Experience optimizing ad accounts across multiple markets.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable growth strategies.
