Project Manager / Traffic Manager (Remote)
Location: Remote (Worldwide)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET
Compensation: USD $1,500/$2,000/month (Depending on Experience)
About the Role
This is not a role where you'll simply update task boards or chase deadlines. This is the operational heartbeat of our creative team. You'll own project execution from kickoff to delivery, ensuring every designer, writer, video editor, and stakeholder knows exactly what needs to happen next.

You'll become the central point of coordination between leadership and the creative team, ensuring projects move efficiently, communication stays clear, and nothing slips through the cracks. Your ability to create order directly impacts our team's productivity and our clients' success.




What You'll Actually DoOwn Project Delivery
Manage projects from kickoff through final delivery while ensuring every milestone is completed on schedule.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams
Work closely with writers, designers, video editors, developers, and leadership to keep projects moving efficiently.
Manage Priorities & Deadlines
Balance multiple projects simultaneously while proactively adjusting priorities based on business needs.
Project Management Ownership
Maintain ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms with accurate tasks, timelines, statuses, documentation, and assignments.
Communication & Reporting
Provide daily project updates, communicate blockers early, and keep leadership informed on progress and priorities.
Process Improvement
Identify workflow bottlenecks, improve internal processes, and help build scalable systems that increase team efficiency.
