Role Overview
As a Mid/Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for highly technical positions, working directly with international clients, engineering leaders, and top-tier candidates across Latin America.
This is a highly autonomous role for someone who understands technology,



enjoys solving difficult hiring challenges, and thrives in a fast-paced, AI-driven recruiting environment. You'll work alongside sourcing specialists, customer success, and leadership to consistently deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment processes for software engineering, data, AI, cloud, DevOps, product, and other technical roles.
Partner directly with international clients to understand business needs, technical requirements, and hiring priorities.
Punctually hire for GTM and specific business needs. (90% tech + 10% business)
Conduct high-quality recruiter interviews, evaluating both technical backgrounds and soft skills.
Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and proactive talent mapping.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.
