What You'll Do

Lead the NPS Seller team to transform the experience of Mercado Libre sellers. Identify, size, and prioritize seller friction points with a deep understanding of the products and services they interact with. Collaborate with product and technology teams to design, implement, and monitor initiatives that address identified pain points.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Proficiency in English and willingness to travel across Latin America. Experience leading high-performance teams, managing senior stakeholders, and overseeing high-impact projects.
