What You'll Do
Monitor and analyze daily performance of the Crossdock, identifying deviations, bottlenecks, and recurring patterns to ensure efficiency. Transform raw data into actionable information for the HUB Coordinator, providing visibility on productivity, capacity, and SLA compliance. Support the HUB Coordinator with key analytical insights and collaborate with teams like Operational Excellence, Fleet Supply, and Growth on action plans and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in operational analysis, logistics, or supply chain, with a proven track record in performance metrics management. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Interest or experience in last-mile operations or distribution centers,
with a focus on applying technology to optimize processes.
