This is a freelance opportunity in association with the Huzzle platform. As an independent recruiter, you will partner with Huzzle to source and place exceptional candidates for a range of international clients. You will operate independently using your own recruitment tools, sourcing methods, and networks while collaborating with our team on active hiring projects.
This role is best suited to experienced recruiters who already have an established recruitment process, access to sourcing platforms, and a strong network of sales professionals across multiple international markets.
Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Sales Recruiters who specialise in identifying and placing top commercial talent across international markets.




Your primary focus will be recruiting Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Account Executives (AEs), Account Managers (AMs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Sales Managers, Revenue Operations professionals, and other Go-to-Market (GTM) roles.
You should have a proven history of recruiting across LATAM, South Africa, EMEA, the UK, and the US, with the ability to engage high-quality passive candidates through proactive sourcing strategies rather than relying solely on inbound applications.
This is a commission-based freelance opportunity. There is no base salary. Recruiters are paid for successful placements, making this role adecuado for high-performing recruiters who are confident in their ability to source and close exceptional candidates.
