As Grand Circle continues to expand its general travel offerings, we are growing
our Accounts Payable team and are currently looking for a Junior Accounts
Payable Analyst to join our Buenos Aires office.
ROLE OVERVIEW
* Perform and monitor Accounts Payable processes following company best
practices.
* Ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors.
* Support analytical reporting related to AP activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Control and process AP invoices in accordance with contractual terms.
* Maintain professional communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
* Reconcile and analyze monthly reports.
* Identify, raise, and resolve issues promptly based on facts and company
guidelines.
* Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
* Fluent English (written and spoken).
* Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred (not mandatory).
* Strong analytical skills and solid knowledge of spreadsheet applications.
* Microsoft Excel experience is a plus.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
* Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends).
* Work modality: Onsite.
