Expected Compensation

HireArt is looking for a talented Account Coordinator to join our Account Management Team and provide operational excellence and customer service support to HireArt clients. You’ll be working closely with an Account Manager to ensure client inquiries are resolved in a highly efficient and professional manner.

You will need to think critically about the client experience to anticipate the needs of our our clients and the workers assigned to them. This includes identifying areas of process improvement and making process/product suggestions to create the best experience for all users of our platform. Day-to-day, you will use strong prioritization and time management skills to create a joyous client experience in a highly autonomous environment.

As a Worker Experience Coordinator, You’ll

Prepare and track worker onboarding activities
Coordinate offer creation and delivery with account managers
Monitor onboarding completion and start date readiness
Track worker extensions, renewals, and upcoming contract end dates
Escalate onboarding blockers to Account Managers




Maintain account documentation and playbooks
Update client trackers and workforce rosters
Coordinate follow-up actions from client meetings
Manage recurring operational workflows
Prepare workforce and account reports
Maintain accurate records across systems
Coordinate with Worker Experience on worker escalations
Ensure account activities are properly documented and communicated
Execute a wide range of administrative tasks within company platforms, including data entry, record maintenance, workflow management, and other operational support activities

Requirements

2+ years of account coordination, customer success, operations, staffing, HR, recruiting coordination, or project coordination experience
C1/C2 level English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
