About the Role
As our AI Automation Specialist, you will design, build, and maintain automations that support both agency operations and client success. You will work closely with our SEO, Paid Media, Web Development, and Client Success teams to identify opportunities where automation and AI can improve efficiency and performance.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, integrating platforms,



and building reliable automation systems from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Automation & Lead Management
Build and optimize lead response workflows using SMS, email, voice, and AI-powered follow-up.
Develop AI chatbots and conversational agents to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
Automate review generation and reputation management processes.
Create appointment scheduling, reminder, and CRM workflows.
Develop AI-powered call transcription, summarization, and lead-scoring automations.
Build automated client reporting for SEO, Paid Media, lead generation, and ROI.
2. Internal Agency Automation
Identify repetitive manual tasks and automate them across departments.
Build workflows connecting CRMs, project management tools, communication platforms, and marketing systems.
Create AI-assisted workflows for content generation, proposals, reporting, and operational tasks.
