The Role
You'll own retention and lifecycle marketing end to end — email, SMS, and loyalty. Your job is simple to state and hard to do: drive repeat revenue, grow customer lifetime value, and turn one-time buyers into loyal customers.

This is a senior, high-ownership seat. You set the strategy, run the calendar, lead the creative team, and answer for the numbers.

What You'll Do
Own the CRM strategy — flows, campaigns, and loyalty across email and SMS
Own the numbers — set and hit targets for retention, LTV, repurchase rate, and channel performance
Lead the creative team — brief and manage designers, copywriters, and specialists; keep the quality bar high
Run the calendar — weekly planning, aligned with launches and promotions
Own QA — nothing ships broken; test, analyze, improve
Build the team — coach freelancers and hires; grow the function over time

What We're Looking For




5+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing — eCommerce preferred
Hands-on Klaviyo experience (or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Attentive, Omnisend)
You've managed creative teams and have a sharp eye for copy and design
Organized, detail-oriented, and fast — you build systems, not one-offs
Strong communicator who leads without hand-holding

Bonus: in-house experience at a high-growth DTC brand, coaching other marketers, offshore/hybrid team experience, data or CRO background.
