Azulik – Adults Only Eco Resort and Maya Spa is an all new luxury Eco lodge located in beautiful Tulum,Mexico. We are seeking a highly experienced Spa Manager to lead our Maya Spa. The Spa Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, developing, and leading the entire spa team in delivering truly memorable guest experiences that reflect the one-of-a-kind nature of this unique Maya Spa. You will work with your team to ensure they have the tools, training, and support they need to be successful. You will be tasked with developing a work environment that inspires and motivates all employees. Marketing Skills will be necessary to position the hotel as a luxury world class Spa while ensuring that it maximizes guest satisfaction and delight in all areas and reaches its full potential. The adecuado candidate will have experience working in remote locations, and a demonstrated knowledge of how to bring a sense of luxury to an off-the-grid, Spa Eco Resort experience. This position requires fluency in Spanish verbal,
since you will be dealing with shamans and mayan healers and fluency in English both verbal and written. RESPONSIBILITIES: Function as the primary strategic businessleader of the Spa with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance and revenue generation. Establish all Spa's P&Ps; and SOPS and ensure compliance of these brand standards. Hire, train,motivated and develop the Spa Team as well as the definition and creation of new spa therapies and experiences within the spa. Ensures sales and marketing strategic developed and executed in all revenue-producing areas, and that all sales engines are leveraged.
