Commit Action's journey began fourteen years ago with the mission help entrepreneurs become the most effective, productive versions of themselves possible. Our thesis is simple: Entrepreneurs number among the most mentally isolated population on earth. Their challenges with productivity, structure and self regulation are all a consequence of that isolation.

The solution? Giving them a lifeline of accessible accountability support from expert professionals.

Our company was built to do just that. We offer evidence based coaching from psychology professionals to keep entrepreneurs in over 60 countries focused, accountable, and achieving their most important goals.

Founded by a therapist who built the first entrepreneur specialization practice, attracting founders of billion dollar companies from Silicon Valley. Commit Action came together as his brain child, with input from a professor of Positive Psychology at NYU and the professor of Neuroscience at Harvard Medical School.

Commit Action has been 100% remote since it started (long before Covid) with a strong "work hard,



go home" culture: We work hard, but we "go home" every day leaving our work behind us. We maintain strong boundaries around work life balance.

We are looking for a full time clinical psychologist, based in Buenos Aires, to join our team. About You

You are a clinical psychologist who got into the field because of your passion for understanding humans and helping them flourish.
You speak native/bilingual English and are comfortable discussing complex psychology in rapid dialogue.
