We're a growing restoration company looking for a sharp, high-level English speaker to join our team as a Call Center Agent / Dispatcher / Problem Solver for our plumbing division.
This isn't just phone-answering — you'll be the front line coordinating jobs, solving customer problems in real time, and making sure the right crew gets to the right job fast.
What you'll do:
Handle inbound/outbound calls with US-based customers
Dispatch and coordinate plumbing service jobs
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues on the spot
Sell and upsell services when relevant
Keep communication sharp between customers and field crews
What we're looking for:
Semi-senior level or above — real call center / dispatch experience




High-level English (spoken and written) — non-negotiable
Based in Buenos Aires, able to come into our Núñez office at least 2x/week
Someone who thinks fast, stays calm under pressure, and owns problems until they're solved
