Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy, realism, and logical soundness
Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic managerial recommendations
Provide clear, structured feedback to improve how AI models reason through leadership problems
Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule
Who You Are
3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
Strong command of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks
Skilled at evaluating complex decision-making and analyzing tradeoffs
Comfortable reading and critiquing written scenarios and AI-generated recommendations
Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to meet project deadlines independently
Nice to Have
MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting
Familiarity with AI systems, content evaluation, or academic research workflows
