About the Role
HKINEX is seeking a highly organized and proactive Accounting Manager to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations for our U.S.-based business. This role is idóneo for someone who can move beyond transactional accounting and take ownership of financial accuracy, reporting, process improvement, and team coordination.

You will manage core accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting while serving as a key partner to leadership and external accountants.

This is a fully remote role for a detail-driven accounting professional who is comfortable working independently, improving systems, and ensuring that financial operations run smoothly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Operations Management
Oversee daily accounting activities including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable,



and general ledger maintenance.
Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner in QuickBooks.
Maintain the integrity and organization of financial records and supporting documentation.
Billing & Revenue Management
Review and approve customer invoices before distribution.
Monitor collections and aging reports; develop and execute follow-up strategies for overdue accounts.
Partner with operations and leadership teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve cash flow.
Month-End Close & Reconciliations
Lead the monthly close process and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Perform and review bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies, unusual transactions, and unreconciled items.
Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flo
