About the role:

As a Engineering Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the backend architecture and ensuring the success of our technical initiatives. You will be responsible for guiding your squad on architectural decisions, establishing best practices, and ensuring the team executes with technical excellence. Your leadership will be critical in driving innovation, performance, and reliability for our backend services.

Overall you will

Act as the Engineering lead within a squad, guiding the team on architectural decisions, best practices, and technical execution
Collaborate closely with frontend technical leads,



ensuring smooth integration between backend and frontend services
Lead the technical strategy for backend development, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
Own the architecture and design of backend services, establishing best practices and guiding the team on complex technical decisions
Develop and maintain robust, high-performance backend services using Node.js and NestJS (Express)
Drive technical innovation by researching and implementing new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance development processes
Ensure system reliability and performance through well-structured testing, monitoring, and logging strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to align technical solutions with business goals
Mentor and coach backend developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
Establish and enforce coding standards and best prac
