We're hiring: Senior Google Ads Strategist at HyreDay
HyreDay is looking for a Senior Google Ads Strategist to lead a portfolio of growth-focused clients for a boutique Google Ads agency. You’ll focus on strategy, client relationships, and data-driven decision-making while partnering with an Ads Manager who handles in-platform execution. This is a remote, senior-level agency role reporting to the CEO.
?Location: Remote (LATAM)
?Schedule: 8 am – 5 pm EST USA time. 40 hours per week. Weekends off
?Requirements:
- English: C1–C2 required.
- 6+ years managing Google Ads.
What you’ll do:
Own Google Ads performance for a portfolio of high-value clients, aligning strategy with business goals and growth objectives.
Diagnose underlying performance issues and design data-driven strategies and structured experiments to improve outcomes.
Lead client meetings, translate complex Ads concepts into clear business recommendations, and deliver proactive updates and reports.
Anticipate risks, communicate solutions early, and build long-term client trust through clear, proactive communication.
We’re looking for someone who:
C1-C2 English level spoken and written.
Located in LATAM.
Has 6+ years managing Google Ads at a high level within a US/UK/AUS agency and deep expertise across Search, Shopping, and PMax.
Thinks beyond optimizations to align Ads strategy with business metrics like profitability and CAC.
Communicates clearly with business owners and marketing leaders and takes ownership of outcomes.
Embraces AI as a productivity tool while owning strategic judgment and thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous remote environment.
