Your experience in the SOC is more valuable than ever — not just for defending networks, but for shaping the next generation of AI security tools. At Alignerr, we partner with leading AI research labs to build and evaluate advanced AI systems designed for real-world security operations.
We're looking for experienced Security Operations Analysts to work with realistic incident scenarios, validate AI reasoning, and ensure AI outputs reflect how analysts actually detect, triage, and respond to threats. This is a rare opportunity to influence how AI thinks about cybersecurity — from the inside.
Analyze realistic SOC incident and alert scenarios — understand what's happening, why it matters, and what to do about it
Classify severity levels, determine root causes, and recommend appropriate response actions
Review detection logic and investigation workflows for accuracy and completeness
Evaluate AI-generated security outputs and flag gaps between AI reasoning and real analyst judgment
Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI systems reason more like seasoned practitioners
Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
