SITE PAYMENT SPECIALIST - SENIOR ASSOCIATE

About The Role

We're seeking a Site Payment Specialist to provide comprehensive support for payment and budget configurations and setup of payment systems. In this role, you will work closely with our Investigator Payments team to ensure accurate and timely processing of clinical trial site payments.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the Investigator Payments Lead to ensure payment requirements are clearly defined and documented for each study.
Review and interpret clinical payment documents for each executed contract, including site service agreements, budgets, amendments, and budget modification letters. Extract and organize payment information for configuration templates (e.g., amounts, caps, limits, backup requirements).
Ensure sites are set up correctly in the payment system for accurate and timely payment processing.
Distinguish between data-driven and manual payment line items and configure each appropriately.
Escalate ambiguous payment information to contract negotiators for timely clarification and resolution.




Follow up with sites to ensure payee forms are completed accurately and any necessary corrections or modifications are submitted.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with business partners across functions and locations.
Adhere to established payment processing procedures and standards.
Create and upload completed budget configuration templates to the payment system within an average of three business days of receiving fully executed service agreements, budgets, and supporting documentation. Partner with team members to resolve any issues or delays that arise.
Partner with the Investigator Payments Lead to track missing and incomplete documents and ensure timely follow-up.
Track all issues and document resolutions to support continuous process improvement.
Attend payments study team calls as required.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree required.
Two or more years of experience in a related disci
