We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented HR Business Partner to support our South Cone organization. This role will serve as the primary HR partner to the South Cone Regional Director, acting as a trusted advisor and playing a key role in enabling business growth through an integrated people strategy.
This is a highly visible regional leadership role responsible for defining,
prioritizing and driving the South Cone HR agenda in alignment with regional and global business objectives. Working in close partnership with business leaders, HR Centers of Excellence and HR Operations, the HR Business Partner will orchestrate the execution of strategic people priorities, strengthen the HR operating model and deliver measurable business outcomes across the region.
Success in this role requires the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational excellence—translating business priorities into actionable HR initiatives, driving disciplined execution and creating sustainable organizational impact.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary strategic HR partner to the South Cone Regional Director and the regional leadership team, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, leadership, talent and culture.
