About the Role
As a Payment Partner (Hunter) in the Bybit Payment Partner Program, you will be responsible for driving user growth and adoption of the Bybit Card. Operating as an independent contractor, you will build, manage, and scale your own customer acquisition pipeline, leveraging your network and strategic marketing methods to drive genuine card activations and usage.
This is a 100% commission and performance-driven role offering attractive tier accelerations, quick-start bonuses, and access to quarterly bonus pools for top performers.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Management: Strategically prospect, acquire, and manage your own lead pipeline to promote Bybit Card adoption.
User Onboarding:
Drive target users to complete Bybit's KYC/KYB requirements and activate their Bybit Card using your unique promotion code.
User Engagement: Encourage new cardholders to complete qualified first-time crypto card transactions (eFTDs) within 30 days of activation.
Performance Tracking: Ensure all acquired users complete activation using your assigned tracking code for proper attribution.
Brand Protection: Ensure all pipeline acquisition activities comply strictly with Bybit policies, financial regulations, and legal guidelines.
Compensation & Performance Incentives
Compensation is strictly based on a CPA (Cost Per Activation) model tied to verified milestones.

Qualified Card Activation: A genuine, unique applicant who successfully completes Bybit’s KYC/KYB, passes onboarding/sanctions screening, and receives activation approval from Bybit.
