We are looking for a performance marketer who can help introduce Wellnite and Aini to millions of people through TikTok.

About the Role
We are hiring a highly creative and analytical Performance Marketing Manager specializing in TikTok and short-form paid media.
You will be responsible for building TikTok into a scalable customer-acquisition channel for Wellnite. You will own the complete process: researching audiences, developing creative concepts, writing hooks and scripts, managing creators, launching campaigns,



analyzing performance, and scaling the campaigns that generate measurable results.
This is not a traditional organic social media or community-management role. We need someone who understands how to combine platform-native creative with direct-response marketing, rigorous testing, and performance data.

What You’ll Own
Develop and execute Wellnite’s paid acquisition strategy on TikTok.
Build campaigns for Aini, Wellnite Premium, wellness services, weight-loss programs, behavioral health services, and future consumer products.
Create a continuous pipeline of advertising concepts, hooks, scripts, offers, and creative briefs.
Research TikTok trends, formats, conversations, and consumer behaviors that are relevant to Wellnite’s audience.
Recruit and manage UGC creators, influencers, video editors, and creative partners.
Launch and optimize campaigns through TikTok Ads Manager, including Spark Ads and creator-le
