The Role
Every home Belong lists needs someone standing in it on a Saturday afternoon, making a stranger imagine their next home. That person is a Home Coordinator.
Finding them, training them, and keeping that network running across every market we operate in is this job.
You will own the Home Coordinator network end to end: sourcing, screening,



onboarding, training, scheduling coverage, and holding the bar on quality. This is the function Tour Operations built to get every listed home seen and loved, and we are scaling it.
What You'll Own
Coordinator Pipeline
You recruit and build a pipeline of Home Coordinators across every market Belong operates in. The network stays large enough that every actively listed home has a coordinator available within two days of listing. When the pipeline thins, you already know it and you are already fixing it.
Onboarding and Training
You screen, interview, and onboard new coordinators. You train them on tour standards: collecting attendance and interest on every guest, completing the tour record within 24 hours, and escalating concerning feedback the same day it comes up. The standard is yours to define and yours to enforce.
