Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative at WealthTechs Inc.



The person in this role will respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing clear, timely, and accurate information about platform features, data deliveries, and service status. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting customer issues, coordinating with internal teams to resolve technical or data-related questions, and documenting interactions in the customer support system. The Customer Service Representative will monitor service requests, follow up proactively to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction, and escalate complex issues when needed. The role also involves contributing to knowledge base content, identifying patterns in customer feedback, and suggesting improvements to processes, documentation, and user experience.
