Position Overview
We are looking for an Intermediate Service Desk Analyst woth a high rate of customer contacts processed during their shift and can perform tasks in the entire scope of Knowledge Base Articles for multiple clients.
The SDA will be supporting an international workforce of developers working in Windows and Linux development environments, often within a C/C++ development framework.
The idóneo candidate should be passionate about support and able to be responsive in a support environment (sometimes on call after hours).
Fluent English is required, as you'll interact with international users daily.
What You'll Do
First Contact
Receive and respond to customer requests via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, ot
her).
Document the customer item and determine its categorization and classification according to operating procedures.
Resolve the issue according to established and approved Knowledge Base articles or escalate the issue to the next level of support.
Incident Lifecycle Coordination
For customer tickets (Incidents or Service Requests), that are escalated to other support teams, continuously track the issue until closure, keeping the customer apprised of its status
On-call availability to enable different shifts to guarantee issue resolution.
