The IT department is seeking new candidates to its dynamic team. The department provides support worldwide to the Organizations all along the value chain from exploration through site development to production.What role you will play in our team:
As a Customer Solutions Analyst, you will serve as a key technology partner for business customers, ensuring the effective delivery of IT services, technical solutions, and operational improvements that enable business success.
You will work closely with local and global IT teams, managed service providers, vendors, and business stakeholders to support infrastructure services, technology adoption, project delivery, and end-user experience. This role offers exposure across multiple technology domains including infrastructure, applications,



business analysis, project coordination, and process improvement.
Based in Buenos Aires, you will contribute to delivering reliable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions while supporting strategic initiatives, business continuity, and cybersecurity programs across the site.What you will do:
• Provide Level 2 support for infrastructure and workplace technologies, including network connectivity, servers, storage, audio-visual systems, conference room technologies, and end-user services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers, local affiliates, joint ventures, and IT service providers
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of local and general IT projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise standards
• Drive technology adoption through user engagement, communication, and training activities
