We're looking for an Influencer and Partnerships Manager to own outreach across influencer relationships, brand and magazine partnerships, and B2B lead generation for a data-driven marketing agency serving DTC and B2B clients. This role is primarily relationship and marketing-driven — roughly 70 percent of your time will be spent on influencer outreach and partnership development, with the remaining 30 percent focused on B2B inside sales and lead generation.
This is not a pure sales role. You need a marketing mindset, an understanding of how influencer and partnership programs work in the DTC space, and the ability to build genuine relationships with creators, publications, and brand partners. A strong plus is the ability to use AI tools to automate and scale outreach workflows so you can operate at a higher volume without sacrificing quality. If you are a confident communicator, organized, and comfortable working across multiple outreach channels simultaneously, this role is a strong fit.
