ROLE OVERVIEW:

Magoya is looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to design, optimize, and
scale the

commercial operating model that drives our business growth. This role sits at
the center of our

Business Development, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams,
ensuring our

commercial engine operates efficiently from opportunity identification through
proposal

development and client handoff.

The adecuado candidate is equally comfortable improving sales processes,
coordinating complex

pursuits, managing proposal development, analyzing pipeline performance, and
building

repeatable systems that allow the organization to grow without increasing
complexity

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS & SALES PROCESS





* Own and continuously improve Magoya's end-to-end commercial and sales
process.

* Establish and maintain sales stages, operating cadences, and best practices
that drive

* consistency across the Business Development team.

* Develop dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into pipeline
health, conversion

* rates, forecast accuracy, and overall commercial performance.

* Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements that increase
efficiency and

* scalability.

STRATEGIC PURSUIT & PROPOSAL MANAGEMENT

* Serve as the operational lead for strategic pursuits and high-value
opportunities.

* Coordinate proposal development across Business Development, Product,
Engineering,

* Marketing, and Leadership.

* Develop pursuit timelines, manage deliverables, facilitate review cycles, and
ensure

* proposals are completed on time and at a high standard.
