We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will get hands-on experience across multiple HR functions—including recruitment, candidate screening, employee onboarding, record management, and culture initiatives.

Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
Support job posting activities across recruitment platforms and social media.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database/ATS.




Assist with CV shortlisting and candidate follow-ups.
Support onboarding and mobilization documentation.
Maintain employee and candidate files accurately.
Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and recruitment updates.
Coordinate with internal HR team members regarding recruitment requirements.
Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives when required.
Handle HR-related documentation while maintaining confidentiality.
Perform general HR administrative duties assigned by the team.
