Where You’ll Make a Difference
Provide specialized technical support to fuel ethanol and grain processing customers, helping optimize plant performance, fermentation efficiency, yield, process stability, and profitability.
Act as a subject matter expert in enzyme and yeast applications across liquefaction, saccharification, fermentation,



and coproduct generation processes.
Lead plant assessments, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations, translating complex process data into practical recommendations and measurable performance improvements.
Design, execute, and validate industrial trials, defining clear KPIs and demonstrating technical and economic value.
Partner closely with commercial teams to support customer growth, value selling, new product introductions, and technology adoption.
Deliver technical training to customers and internal teams on fermentation, process optimization, biotechnology applications, and operational best practices.
Collaborate with R&D;, Applications, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams to develop innovative solutions that address customer challenges and drive business growth.
Maintain a strong field presence, building credibility with plant operators, process engineers, and leadership teams through hands-on technical suppor
