Position: QuickBooks Online Specialist
Salary: $1,300 USD per month payment made on the 15th of each month.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Location: 100% Remote Latin America

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist with strong QuickBooks experience to join our team. This role is focused almost entirely on Accounts Receivable (AR) and plays a critical role in ensuring accurate billing, payment tracking, and insurance payment verification for restoration projects.

The adecuado candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with financial documents, insurance payment information, and client communications in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full Accounts Receivable process for assigned projects.
Review and interpret insurance loss reports and payment letters to extract financial information.
Verify that all insurance checks, supplements, and related payments have been released and received.
Generate, send, and track customer invoices.




Respond promptly and professionally to invoice-related inquiries.
Upload and organize invoices received from subcontractors, crews, and material suppliers.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in QuickBooks.
Reconcile outstanding balances and follow up on unpaid invoices when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and timely payment processing.
Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
Experience reviewing invoices, payment records, and financial documentation.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Google Sheets).
