Job Title
Responsible for the administration, configuration, and management of Smart Completion systems and databases, supporting pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and ensuring the integrity of completion records and project documentation.
Principal Responsibilities:
Manage completion documentation related to pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Configure software tools and databases required for completion management.
Resolve technical discrepancies within the Smart Completion system.




With support from discipline specialists, generate, edit, and maintain task templates by discipline, including ITRs (Inspection and Test Records), checklists, Issue walkdown notices and Functional Check Sheets.
Populate and maintain completion databases integrated with overall project databases.
Monitor completion progress by operational systems.
Generate weekly and monthly progress reports.
Compile discipline-specific dossiers in both digital and hard-copy formats.
Issue completion certifications for internal approval.
Perform administrative activities related to the configuration management of the Smart Completion system.
Prepare reports and perform administrative tasks as required, including timesheet entry, training records, and other project support activities.
