Role Description
The Inside Sales Agent at Spines is a full-time, on-site position based in Córdoba, Argentina. In this role, you'll engage with prospective and existing authors, understand their publishing goals, and guide them toward the services that best fit their needs.




Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to inbound inquiries, conducting outbound calls and follow-ups, presenting Spines' publishing solutions, and clearly explaining our pricing, timelines, and publishing process. You'll manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools, qualify leads, prepare tailored proposals while consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team targets.
Compensation includes a base salary of USD $1,200 plus uncapped commission, providing unlimited earning potential based on performance.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Sales, or a related customer-facing role.
Proven ability to confidently conduct cold calls, build trust with prospects, handle objections, answer questions, and resolve concerns professionally.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
