Senior UX Designer — E-commerce & DTC

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead the strategy and continuous improvement of Carepod’s e-commerce customer experience.

This role will own the UX direction and roadmap across our website and digital shopping journey—identifying opportunities, prioritizing initiatives, leading research and optimization efforts, and ensuring our digital experience supports both customer needs and business goals.
You’ll lead major UX initiatives from discovery through design, implementation, and measurement, while mentoring a UX Designer and providing direction on day-to-day website initiatives.

What You’ll Do
? UX Strategy + E-commerce Experience




Own the UX strategy and roadmap for Carepod’s website and digital customer journey
Identify and prioritize the highest-impact UX opportunities
Lead UX direction across the end-to-end e-commerce journey, from discovery through purchase
Translate customer needs, business priorities, and performance insights into UX initiatives
Develop quarterly and ongoing UX priorities in partnership with Marketing and leadership
Identify opportunities to improve navigation, product discovery, education, product comparison, PDPs, cart, checkout, and other critical shopping journeys
? Customer Insights + UX Optimization
Use customer research, behavioral insights, website performance, and business priorities to identify opportunities to improve the digital customer experience
Identify points of confusion, hesitation, or friction throughout the shopping journey and recommend UX improvements
Conduct or lead usability testing, customer intervie
