Job Overview:
The Staff Accountant supports the company’s financial operations by preparing financial statements, ensuring general ledger accuracy, and assisting in close processes. This role is essential in maintaining compliance with accounting standards,



enhancing financial controls, and contributing to the organization’s overall financial integrity.
The Staff Accountant is responsible for financial reporting, reconciliations, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to support continuous improvement initiatives in accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for multiple real estate properties.
General Ledger: Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, reconcile accounts, and assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations for multiple accounts and investigate discrepancies.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, including variance a
