The Role
We are looking for a high-EQ Full-Cycle Account Executive to own the complete partner lifecycle: winning new accounts, reactivating past clients, and maintaining high account retention.
You will work our inbound and warm pipeline, run video sales calls, close deals, and remain the trusted main point of contact keeping partners successful once they are live.
What You'll Own
Close New Business: Run sales calls with US roofing contractors, navigate objections, and sign them onto our PPA / PPS / PPL programs.
Reactivate Paused Accounts:



Work our churned and paused database, diagnose why they stalled, and bring them back to active billing.
Account Onboarding & Retention: Act as the primary relationship manager for your accounts. Conduct check-ins, resolve billing or appointment quality concerns before they turn into cancellations, and ensure high partner satisfaction.
End-to-End Ownership: No dropped follow-ups or orphaned clients. Every partner relationship has one clear owner: you.
What We're Looking For
Fluent or Native English (C1/C2): Must be fully comfortable speaking, negotiating, and bantering with blunt, direct US business owners over phone and video.
2+ Years of B2B Remote Sales or Agency Experience: Proven track record in full-cycle closing, account management, or CSM roles (experience in performance marketing, lead gen, or home services is a major plus).
