In this role, you will support the legal function in managing legal matters and providing day-to-day legal assistance to the business. Working closely with colleagues and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and contribute to the smooth execution of business operations. Support the drafting of commercial contracts, including procurement agreements, sales agreements, and other contracts arising in the company’s day-to-day operations, with particular focus on legal issues in the vehicle dealership sector and consumer law matter
s.Review of legal framework: provide legal support in evaluating regulation, drafting reports and newsletter
s.External Law Firms: Support the handling invoice payment to external Law Firms and coordination matter
s.Compliance Policies: Assist in monitoring, implementing, and maintaining legal compliance policies and procedures required by headquarter
s.Internal Resources: Contribute to the development of internal guidelines, contract templates, and legal training material
