Profile Descriptions:
The idóneo candidate should have solid Salesforce knowledge, be able to write clear and well-defined user stories, and help with testing to create a smooth user experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical and functional specifications for Salesforce configurations.
- Configure Salesforce components, such as custom objects, fields, and flows, to align with client requirements.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, guiding users through test scripts and gathering feedback.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment and clarify project goals.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce solutions, ensuring effective issue resolution.
- Communicate project updates and potential risks to stakeholders and project managers.
- Develop reports and dashboards in Salesforce to support business insights and decision-making.
