About the Role
Reporting to the Service Administration Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in coordinating our service operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Working closely with customers, technicians and subcontractors, you'll ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently, progress is communicated, and service work is completed and invoiced promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily schedules for technicians and subcontractors
- Receive and respond to customer phone calls and service enquiries
- Log and allocate service requests using Uptick
- Raise purchase orders and process completed jobs for invoicing
- Monitor job progress and provide customers with regular updates
- Support technicians and subcontractors with information required to complete service work
- Review completed job reports and ensure documentation is accurate
- Prepare monthly reports on outstanding jobs and invoicing for the Service Manager
- Maintain accurate service records and support the day-to-day operation of the Service team
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler, Customer Service or Administration role
- Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- The ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience using service management sof
