About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the primary point of contact for our broker network — driving broker engagement, performance, recruitment,



and retention while helping brokers scale their businesses across Australia.

Reporting directly to the Principal/Director, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of active brokers through structured monthly business reviews and regular check-ins (in-person, phone, and virtual)
- Identifying, engaging, and converting prospective brokers — including career changers, existing brokers seeking better support, and banking professionals transitioning to broking
- Monitoring broker activity, submission rates, and settlement volumes; proactively supporting underperforming brokers before disengagement occurs
- Maintaining a live CRM pipeline of broker prospects, tracking all touchpoints, follow-ups, and conversion stages
- Guiding prospective brokers through MFAA/FBAA compliance pathways, ACL/credit representative onboarding, and mentorship program
- Supporting the rollout of AI-assisted lead generation tools and CRM
