Supervisor, Capability Center Operations (Claims)
We're looking for a Supervisor, Capability Center Operations to lead a team supporting both Customer Care and Processing operations within our Claims organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 18 associates, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Manage operational performance through KPIs, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Oversee Customer Care activities, including customer escalations, service delivery, and issue resolution.
- Supervise Processing functions such as renewals, reinstatements, applications, maintenance, substitutions, and cancellations.
- Ensure compliance with client procedures, quality standards, and operational requirements.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions that drive efficiency and performance.
- Partner with local and U.S.-based stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of People Management experience.




- Experience leading teams in Customer Service, Contact Centers, Processing,
- Operations, Insurance, Financial Services, BPO, or similar environments.
- Proven ability to manage performance through KPIs and operational metrics.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
