Job Description
Field Service Engineer:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing onsite and remote technical support to customers, ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of Philips equipment.

Your role:
- Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, upgrades, repairs, and installations on Philips equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established diagnostic tools and procedures.
- Respond to customer escalations and technical concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain accurate and complete service documentation through ServiceMax and other Philips systems.
- Submit service reports, worksheets, expense reports, and administrative documentation accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with Philips quality processes, safety standards, and training requirements.

You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electronic, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field,



with at least 4 years of experience supporting healthcare technologies in hospital or clinical environments.
- Experience supporting diagnostic imaging equipment, preferably CT (Computed Tomography), MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging), or related modalities.
- Strong customer-facing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
- You have intermediate English skills, including the ability to read and understand technical manuals and service documentation.
- You are available to travel within Argentina.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred but not mandatory.
