As a Compliance Monitoring & Reporting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks, providing advice and solutions. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will facilitate adherence to ethical standards and promote a culture of integrity. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style, motivating and developing your team to deliver quality outcomes.



You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.
