Position Overview

This position is responsible for the repair of all equipment related to plant operations, services, and facilities back to OEM specifications. Incumbent works closely with the Plant Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Engineering Manager, and other maintenance team members to provide preventative maintenance to meet production goals, ensure a safe work environment, and meet customer specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs highly diversified duties to install and maintain all production machines and the plant facility's mechanical equipment.
- Detects and diagnoses mechanical failures, including pneumatic and hydraulic malfunctions of equipment, repairs, and replaces as necessary.
- Utilizes precision measuring tools/devices, hand tools, and testing instruments to ensure equipment installation and alignment are within OEM specifications.
- The ability to read and understand mechanical prints and technical diagrams for the installation and repair of equipment




- Completes oil and lube cycles on all equipment at the manufacturer's recommended intervals.
- Maintains housekeeping in areas of assigned responsibility to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
- Performs other related duties to contribute to the success of the operation as assigned, including but not limited to equipment tooling, changeovers, and equipment startups.
- Completes all documentation in Maintenance Connection, including WR and PM documents.

- Ability to perform complicated maintenance repairs individually by contacting SME & without close supervision.
- Ability to establish an effective working relationship with other employees
- A strong mechanical aptitude.
- Previous electrical experience with troubleshooting capabilities.
