SAXUM is currently recruiting for a Lead Sr. Civil Engineer to join our growing Civil Engineering team in Argentina.
Reporting to the Civil Engineering Manager the Lead Sr. Civil Engineer will execute the civil-structural engineering, design and technical development of complex mining and cement projects

The tasks you'll perform
- Execute the civil-structural engineering, design and technical development of complex mining and cement projects.
- Support structural, geotechnical, and infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, budgets, and schedules.




- Prepare and review engineering deliverables including drawings, calculations, design reports, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Participate in site supervision, construction inspections, and commissioning activities globally.

The expertise you'll bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 15 years of experience in civil engineering, with relevant exposure to mining and cement projects.
- Strong technical expertise in design, analysis, and construction of infrastructure works.
- Proficiency in design codes, structural analysis software (e.g.,SAP 2000, Staad Pro), and construction management tools.
- Outstanding leadership skills: capable of coordinating and motivating multidisciplinary teams in complex projec
