We are looking for a freelance Recruitment Consultant that could manage client relationships and deliver recruitment services in LATAM.

Main Responsibilities

⢠Manage ongoing talent communication and interview scheduling throughout the recruitment process.

⢠Source, Screen and Shortlist candidates for LATAM

⢠Use a multichannel approach (e.g., social recruiting, trade shows, etc.) to connect with top candidates and help to build our reach.





⢠Maintain database and candidateâs status updated.

⢠Keep track of your recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, etc.

Requirements

⢠Bachelorâs degree or above.

⢠At least 5-years work experience in recruiting or headhunting

⢠Native Spanish Speaker. Fluency in English.

⢠Being based on the American continent is a plus.

⢠Organized, reliable, and adaptable.

⢠Strong mastery of MS Word, Excel and PPT

⢠Familiar with LinkedIn and other local recruitment websites
