Role Summary:
This role will oversee our delivery operations and report directly to the Chief Customer Officer. Initially, the VP will serve in a hands-on capacity,



fulfilling both Principal and Solution Architect responsibilities while the foundational team is built. Following this phase, the role will focus on rapidly scaling a high-performing delivery team in Argentina, supporting all Microsoft Frontier Solutions, including Dynamics 365 Business Applications (Customer Engagement and Finance & Supply Chain Management), Power Platform, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Azure (Fabric, Purview, Data), and Azure AI Foundry. As the organization grows, responsibilities will evolve into full practice leadership, encompassing team and people management, intellectual property (IP) development, recruiting, and broader delivery leadership functions.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Frontier workloads and solutions, including Dynamics 365 (CE, F&SCM;), Power Platform, Azure services, and Copilot technologies.
