Compensation: USD $85,000–$120,000 per year + performance bonus

We're seeking an experienced Director, Consulting to provide strategic and operational leadership across complex client engagements while mentoring high-performing consulting teams and driving delivery excellence.
About the Role
As Director, you'll serve as a tactical and strategic leader responsible for overseeing multiple consulting engagements, ensuring exceptional client delivery, and supporting the growth of strategic accounts. You'll partner with executive leadership, guide senior consulting teams,



and help shape the future of the organization's consulting practice.

What You'll Do
Client Delivery & Strategic Leadership
- Oversee governance across large, complex, or multi-stream consulting engagements.
- Ensure projects are delivered with consistency, quality, and adherence to established methodologies.
- Provide strategic guidance to Senior Managers and Managers throughout project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Support executive-level client communications during critical situations and escalations.
